ORDERS

Once an order is placed you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. Upon your order being approved and processed for shipment, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number along with confirmation that your order has been dispatched. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply. While we make every effort to only display items that are currently in stock and available to ship there may be instances from time to time where we run out of stock in an item. In these instances your item will be canceled and you will be contacted as soon as possible.

Items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. We do our very best to deliver your purchases as quickly as possible. All orders will be shipped on business days (excluding holidays). Orders before 2 PM will be shipped the same day, all others will be shipped the following day. The exact shipping cost for your order will be added and displayed at checkout.

 

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All returns must be made within 14 days from date of receipt providing they are unworn, unwashed and have all tags attached. Items can only be returned for refund, however we do not refund on products in sale, special deals and/or give-aways.

Items should be returned unused and with all designer garment tags still attached to the item. Returns that are damaged, washed, dry cleaned, marked or altered in any way will not be accepted. Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags must be included with your return. Before sending your item, please contact info@missguilty.nl. We will give you all the information needed for your sending.

Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. For faulty items Miss Guilty will make a full refund to you as soon as possible. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund including for a shipping discount on your next order.

For hygienic reasons underwear and swimwear can only be returned if unworn and the protecting packaging is unbroken (faulty goods can of course be returned).

Please note we are unable to accept returns for items purchased at other retail locations or other websites. We recommend that you retain proof of sending as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the products and will be liable for any damage to them until we receive them at our address.

 

REFUNDS

If your order has been sent to a destination in the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside of the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable by Miss Guilty. Please note that it may take up to ten business days for your refund to be processed.

 

PRICING AND PAYMENT OPTIONS

All prices displayed on our website are quoted in Euro (€) and include of 21% VAT. Miss Guilty offers free standard delivery in the Netherlands. Please note that free shipping will be applied to your order at checkout. While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. Miss Guilty, however, reserves the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch should we find that the price is incorrect. In such case we will notify you by email. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be cancelled automatically.

SHIPPING

The shipping country is chosen at checkout. All prices, currencies, VAT, delivery times and delivery charges will be adjusted depending on the country you would like your items shipped to. Miss Guilty will dispatch the approved orders as quickly as possible and in the order that they have been received. We dispatch all orders within 1-3 days (Monday – Friday) with the exception of sale and peak periods where this may take longer. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Miss Guilty is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. If a delivery suffers a delay or if the delivery cannot be dispatched or only partially due to the goods not being in stock or other reasons, you will be informed about this as soon as possible by email. In this case. Miss Guilty will refund the consumer with the sum paid as quickly as possible, though at the latest within 30 days after termination. Miss Guilty will not pay shipping for uncollected packages.

 

Shipping will proceed by POSTNL with a track and trace code.
